1. The service and its operator

This website presents the Domireli corporate accommodation service, operated by BM Rakennus Oy (Business ID 3276072-5). These terms cover the use of the website only.

2. Website terms are separate from the rental agreement

These terms of use are separate from any accommodation or rental agreement. Rights and obligations relating to an actual stay are agreed separately in writing between the customer and Domireli.

3. Apartment information is for enquiry purposes

Apartment listings, sizes, occupancy figures, features, distances, drive times and indicative prices describe options identified by Domireli and are provided so that you can make an enquiry.

The information on this website does not in itself guarantee availability, a reservation, a final price, acceptance of a booking, or the conclusion of an accommodation agreement.

Final availability and commercial terms are always confirmed by Domireli Sales.

4. Illustrative images and example listings

Where photography of an apartment is not available, illustrative images are used and marked ILLUSTRATIVE IMAGE / HAVAINNEKUVA. They are intended to correspond as closely as possible to the actual apartment but are not exact representations. Example listings and indicative prices are not binding offers.

5. Acceptable use

The website and its enquiry forms and chatbot may be used for genuine accommodation enquiries only. Automated scraping, spamming, abuse, attempts to bypass security measures, and submitting other people's personal data without a lawful basis are prohibited.

6. Liability and changes

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Content and these terms may be updated. Applicable law and dispute resolution follow Finnish law.
